For nearly two decades, I’ve been devoted to the practices of yoga, meditation, energy work, and nervous system restoration. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of students through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and vibrational sound practices both in classes and teacher trainings.
Liberated Rest is the culmination of what I’ve learned through years of practice, study, and teaching. My intention is to create an embodied safe, heart-centered space where science and spirit meet, and where students feel supported to deepen their own practice while learning to guide others.
Kristi is a 500-hour E-RYT yoga teacher, YACEP, Reiki Master Teacher, and spiritual mentor. She specializes in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga and has spent years guiding students into the restorative arts of deep rest, meditation, and energetic balance.
